Button Bunny Easter Craft
This gorgeous Button Bunny Easter Craft makes a cute and simple DIY project for both adults and kids over this Easter season!
You will need:
White Square Canvas
Paint & Brush
Paint a silhouette of your favourite shape, such as a bunny.
Select a cute range of buttons and if you want you can lay them on top of your shape to get your desired look. You’ll be able to rearrange them at this point as they won’t be glued down. Then you can either leave them here and turn them over one by one as you glue them down (see instructions below), or remove them like we did below (take a photo of them before you do this so you have it as a reference) and reapply them again with glue.
Heat up your glue gun and once it’s hot, squeeze a small dab of glue on the back of the button and press it down on top of the canvas.
Once you’ve glued all the buttons in place, let it set for a few hours and then check to make sure all the buttons have stayed in place before you put it on the wall.
Another cute idea would be decorate the entire canvas with buttons, using only one colour to make the silhouette shape and another colour for the background.
